Even though HTC is taking the plug off from the smartphone market in India, it does not indicate that the Taiwanese tech company has ended working on handsets completely. The company earlier in May rolled out HTC U12+ handset and now it seems like it is operating on a new device dubbed as “Imagine Life,” as per the media reports.
There is no proof from the firm itself but going by the name, it is being claimed to be the HTC U12 Life. The speculated specs of the handset recommend it to sport a FHD+ 6-inch with a pixel resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. The mid-range handset might also come fueled by the Snapdragon 636 processor from Qualcomm, paired with 64 GB of inbuilt memory and 4 GB RAM. There might also be microSD card support.
Also cited is that the handset will sport setup for dual rear camera including of a 5 MP and a 16 MP sensor with Phase detection auto focus (PDAF) and 4K video shooting support. At the front there might also be a 13 MP sensor with Beauty Mode and flash.
The speculated HTC U12 Life is also claimed to be fueled by a battery worth 3600mAh. A fingerprint scanner is also likely to come apart from Bluetooth v5.0, Dual SIM support, and NFC support. HTC might bring the handset with Android P.
HTC rolled out its HTC U11 Life in November 2017 together with U11+. It also sports the firm’s Edge Sense tech. Some of the key specifications of the smartphone comprise Android Nougat with HTC Sense, an octa-core Snapdragon 630 chipset from Qualcomm, 3/4 GB of RAM, 5.2-inch full HD Super LCD display, and 32/64 GB of internal memory. The U11 Life also sports a rear camera with 16 MP BSI sensor and f/2.0 aperture.
